Love it! Your workout looks like it rocks! Hope you don’t mind but I’m going to use some of these for my classes. I teach classes for the military and this is exactly the kind of stuff I need.

WOW!!! Why are so many people hating on here. These are AWESOME movements that will get the job done and done right. It’s not about how much you can lift or how fast you can lift it. What truly matters is how your body is functioning while performing the movements. Dude, you are good at what you do because I see nothing but GREAT form from your students. Kudos…I will be using these in my classes!

Excellent vid, and all the participants were impressive.. but that pony-tailed brunette was especially good. She had perfect posture and form through-out. She could have been LEADING the class!

I lost 65 lbs. in 7 months in bootcamp. Brian, ur explaination of how 2 run a succesfull bootcamp is right on da money. I would not have paid $250 per month 4 a whole 7 months if they were not as u described it should b. It is just a shame dat it looks like u dont have much space 2 do ur workouts outside. We would do 100% of our workouts outside. but great team u got there.

I do most these workouts on my own (gymnast), so it’s not so “professional”…but I would go to class if I was in states.
