Question by : What workout routine should I do to stay fast while building muscle?
I’m 23 years old, I can run pretty fast and I can bench more than my weight. My back and abs are strong, my arms aren’t as good and my legs are in between. I want to find a workout routine that is good for me that fits well into a busy week that builds my speed and strength up. Something that has predictable results that I can use a notebook with is ideal. Any suggestions?

Well, dude i don’t want to sound like advertising or so but kettlebell works for me.
its a healthy way to exercise. I can move freely and its like playing since there is no machine whatsoever. Usually, i do this in the garden, it sounds cheesy but its cool to feel next tot he environment. Its good for the health too.
Usually, 2 hours and a half may do. If you don’t want to do much effort then have the DVD played on your room.
